The Diva Dash 5K & Lil' Princess Girls Run St. Louis will be Saturday, Aug. 13 at 8 am at the Muny in Forest Park.
About the 5K - Participants receive a race shirt, custom bib, and finishers of the 5K receive a large medal.
About the Lil' Princess Girls Run - girls ages 8 and under can participate in this fun run of 50-200 yards based on age. Participants will receive a shirt, custom bib, tiara, and Lil' Princess medal. The Lil' Princess Fun Run starts after the 5K is complete (approximately 9 am).
About the Virtual 5K - run on your own whenever and wherever works for you and we will mail your shirt, bib, and finisher's medal to you.

Personalized bib deadline is 7/24/16. If registered by this date your bib number will be personalized with your first name!
NEW THIS YEAR - when you register for the 5K online, you will be given a referral link. Send this link to your friends and family and they can use it to register for the race. After four people use your link to sign up, you will be refunded $20!
(Not valid for Lil' Princess Run or Virtual 5K registration)
Diva Dash Teams - when registering you have the option to create or join a team. This allows you to create a fun name for your group and to keep track of which of your friends have signed up!
Friday, August 12: 2-6 pm at Big River Running Company (606 N and South Rd, University City, MO 63130)
Saturday, August 13: 6:45am-7:45am at the race site (The Muny in Forest Park - 1 Theatre Dr, St. Louis, MO 63112)
Virtual 5K registrants will not go to packet pickup.

TREE House of Greater St. Louis, formerly known as Therapeutic Horsemanship, has provided award-winning equestrian therapy programs for people with disabilities in St. Louis City, St. Louis, St. Charles, Warren, and Lincoln Counties and the surrounding areas since 1975. Our programs serve individuals ages 2 and up. Clients participating in our equine-assisted therapy programs have some type of disability including, but not limited to: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, CVA/Stroke, Developmental Disabilities, Down syndrome, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Mental Retardation.
